Singer and actress Dinah Shore was born as Frances Rose Shore on February 29, 1916 in Winchester, Tennessee. She said, “I never wanted to set the world on fire. So I never had to burn any bridges behind me." [Clever, huh?]... Ms. Shore died on February 24, 1994 in Beverly Hills, California.
