Author (of the poem “Howl” (1956)) Irwin Allen Ginsberg was born on June 3, 1926 in Newark, New Jersey. He said, “Whoever controls the media, the images, controls the culture." [Bless the internet!]... Mr. Ginsberg died on April 5, 1997 in New York City, New York.
