Psychologist Burrhus Frederic Skinner was born on March 20, 1904 in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania. He said, “The real problem is not whether machines think but whether men do.” [Try some thinking here.]... Mr. Skinner died on August 18, 1990 in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
