Author (of Naked Lunch) William Seward Burroughs II was born on February 5, 1914 in St. Louis, Missouri. He said, “Which came first: the intestine or the tapeworm?" [Perhaps it was just lookin’ for a better home... Or did it have something to do with this?]... Mr. Burroughs died on August 2, 1997 in Lawrence, Kansas.
