Penny Singleton was born on September 15, 1908 as Marianna Dorothy Agnes Letitia McNulty in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She acted as “Blondie Bumstead” on the radio sitcom Blondie. (View an episode here.) Ms. Singleton died on November 12, 2003 in Sherman Oaks, California.
