Boris Marshalov died today – 40 years ago

Russian writer Boris Marshalov was born on January 17, 1898 in Russia. He said, “Congress is so strange. A man gets up to speak and says nothing. Nobody listens—and then everybody disagrees." [Has it changed?]... Mr. Marshalov died in 1967 in New York City, New York.
