U.S. director and writer Edward Davis Wood, Jr. was born on October 10, 1924 in Poughkeepsie, New York. He said, “My girlfriend still doesn't know why her sweaters are always stretched out." [Perhaps it’s from the wear-er.]... Mr. Wood died in 1978 in North Hollywood, California.
