Irish writer James Augustine Aloysius Joyce was born on February 2, 1882 in Rathgar, Dublin, Ireland. He said, “Christopher Columbus, as everyone knows, is honored by posterity because he was the last to discover America." [Ah, hah!]... Mr. Joyce died in 1941 in Zürich, Switzerland.
