U.S. writer and humorist Bridget Jean Collins was born on July 10, 1922 in Scranton, Pennsylvania. She wrote “Please Don’t Eat the Daisies” in 1957. [I haven't eaten any since... or before... but I had considered dandelions]... She said, “Hope is the feeling you have that the feeling you have isn't permanent."
