U.S. pianist, singer, and actor James “Jimmy” Francis Durante was born on February 10, 1893 in New York City, New York.



He said, “Politics is developing more comedians than radio ever did." [Is it all in the dumb things they do?]... Mr. Durante died in 1980 in Santa Monica, California.
