Dr. Seuss died 17 years ago
Author (of The Cat in the Hat) Dr. Seuss was born as Theodor Seuss Geisel on March 2, 1904 in Springfield, Massachusetts. Dr. Seuss died on September 24, 1991 in San Diego, California.
