Gerard Kuiper died 35 years ago
Astronomer (of Kuiper belt fame) Gerard Kuiper was born as Gerrit Pieter Kuiper on December 7, 1905 in Harenkarspel, Netherlands. Mr. Kuiper died on December 23, 1973 in Mexico City, Mexico.
