Pianist, singer, and songwriter (of The Chipmunk Song (Christmas Don't Be Late)) Ross Bagdasarian, Sr. was born as Rostom Sipan Bagdasarian on January 27, 1919 in Fresno, California. Mr. Bagdasarian died on January 16, 1972 in Beverly Hills, California.
