Bill Bixby was born on January 22, 1934 as Wilfred Bailey Bixby in San Francisco, California. He acted in the TV sitcom The Courtship of Eddie’s Father and in the TV drama series The Incredible Hulk. Mr. Bixby died on November 21, 1993 in Century City, California.
