Giacomo Puccini was born on December 22, 1858 as Giacomo Antonio Domenico Michele Secondo Maria Puccini in Lucca, Tuscany, Italy. He composed the operas La bohème, Madama Butterfly, Turandot, and others. Mr. Puccini died on November 29, 1924 in Brussels, Belgium.
