Welsh writer Roald Dahl was born on September 13, 1916 in Llandaff, Cardiff, Wales. He wrote “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”. He said, “Some children are spoiled and it is not their fault, it is their parents." [You think that they were left out on their own for too long?]... Mr. Dahl died in 1990 in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire, England.
