"He's got the whole world in his hands."

This morning on CNN, Christiane Amanpour said, "He's got the whole world in his hands." She was, of course, talking about U.S. President Barack Obama.



So I guess that the U.S. Constitution - defining the duties of the U.S. President - needs to be modified to include the following:

Article II, Section 2b. The President shall hold the whole world in his hands... and not get tired.

Let's hope that he or she doesn't dribble it too long and miss the basket.
