William Shakespeare was born on April 26, 1564 in Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, England. He wrote the play The Merchant of Venice and many others... or perchance not. Mr. Shakespeare died on April 23, 1616 in Strafford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, England.
