Jack was my grandfather. Thank you so much for thinking of him and posting this. Though it's hard to find, I had the great fortune to pick up a copy of "THEY MIGHT BE GIANTS" recently, which is just a charming movie starring Jack Gilford and George C. Scott. They had also worked together years before on Sly Fox by Larry Gelbart. Take care, Roger!
Jack Gilford was my father, Max is my son. Thanks for posting this but he died on June 4,1990. He put up a good fight. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't miss him. And my mother, the actress and activist, Madeline Lee Gilford died April 15, 2008 very suddenly. We were planning her 85th birthday which would've been May 30th, instead we had an amazing Memorial at Sardis.

Sorry about the DoD. Since there was a difference between wikipedia & imdb, I used imdb at http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0318527/. I thought that it was more accurate. Guess not. Wonder where imdb got its information?
