Shirley Booth was born on August 30, 1898 as Marjory Ford in New York City, New York. She acted in the 1952 movie Come Back, Little Sheba and on the TV sitcom Hazel. Ms. Booth died on October 16, 1992 in North Chatham, Massachusetts.
