Anna Russell was born on December 27, 1911 as Anna Claudia Russell-Brown in Maida Vale, London, England. She performed a humorous rendition of Richard Wagner’s Der Ring des Nibelungen. Ms. Russell died on October 18, 2006 near Batemans Bay, New South Wales.
