Charles Gounod died 116 years ago

Charles-François Gounod was born on June 17, 1818 in Paris, France. He composed the song Ave Maria and the opera Roméo et Juliette. Mr. Gounod died on October 18, 1893 in Saint-Cloud, Paris, France.
