Victor Mizzy was born on January 9, 1916 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York. He composed the music to the song My Dreams Are Getting Better All the Time. He also composed the theme music to the TV sitcoms Green Acres and The Addams Family. Mr. Mizzy died on October 17, 2009 in Bel Air, Los Angeles, California.
