Margaret Fuller died today – 157 years ago

U.S. writer Margaret Fuller was born on May 23, 1810 in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She said, “Two persons love in one another the future good which they aid one another to unfold.” {1} [Love is about mutual support.]... Ms. Fuller died in 1850 while on a boat that sunk off Fire Island, New York.

Italian scholar Francesco Petrarch was born on July 20, 1304 in Arezzo, Italy. He is considered the father of humanism. He said, “Man has no greater enemy than himself.” {2} [Except those darn mosquitoes.]... Mr. Petrarch died in 1374 in Arquà Petrarca, Italy.
