On Sunday's "This Week" on ABC, George Stephanopoulos interviewed Ron Paul. About Ron Paul's winning the Republican Presidential nomination, George said, "That's not going to happen!" Ron then said, "Do you want to bet every cent in your pocket for that?" George accepted.
What I want to know is how much money was in George's pocket? Did that include credit cards? Will George keep his promise if Ron Paul doesn't win the nomination?
I wish Ron Paul would have said that, if George had to pay up, Ron would donate the money to a worthwhile charity. But I suspect that George will try to weasel out of it by saying that he was just jesting. Besides, I doubt if we'll ever truly know how much money George had then.
