Vivian Vance was born on July 26, 1909 as Vivian Roberta Jones in Cherryvale, Kansas. She acted as “Ethel Mertz” on the TV sitcom I Love Lucy and as “Vivian Bagley” on the TV sitcom The Lucy Show. Ms. Vance died on August 17, 1979 in Belvedere, California.
