Aviator Charles Augustus Lindbergh was born on February 4, 1902 in Detroit, Michigan. He said, “If I had to choose, I would rather have birds than airplanes.” [And that’s what the birds say, too.]... Mr. Lindbergh died on August 26, 1974 in Kipahulu, Maui, Hawaii.
