Dorothy Lamour was born on December 10, 1914 as Mary Leta Dorothy Slaton in New Orleans, Louisiana. She acted in the 1952 movie The Greatest Show on Earth. Ms. Lamour died on September 22, 1996 in Los Angeles, California.
