U.S. columnist (San Francisco Chronicle) Herbert Eugene Caen was born on April 3, 1916 in Sacramento, California.
He said, “I tend to live in the past because most of my life is there.” [Let me see... Yep!]... Mr. Caen died in 1997 in San Francisco, California.
