Writer (think: “Jeeves” and “Blandings Castle”) Pelham Grenville Wodehouse was born on October 15, 1881 in Guildford, Surrey, UK. He used the pseudonyms of Henry William-Jones, P Brooke-Haven, Pelham Grenville, Melrose Grainger, J Walker Williams, and C P West. [Busy man.]... He said, “She looked as if she had been poured into her clothes and had forgotten to say 'when.'" [Maybe she said it in a foreign tongue.]... Mr. Wodehouse died on February 14, 1975 in Southampton, New York.
