Playwright and lyricist (think: “September Song”) James Maxwell Anderson was born on December 15, 1888 in Atlantic, Pennsylvania. He said, “There are some men who lift the age they inhabit, till all men walk on higher ground in that lifetime." [I doubt that ALL men do so.]... Mr. Anderson died on February 28, 1959 in Stamford, Connecticut.
