Author (of the plays The Seagull and Three Sisters) Anton Pavlovich Chekhov was born on January 29, 1860 in Taganrog, Russian Empire. He said, “The world perishes not from bandits and fires, but from hatred, hostility, and all these petty squabbles." [And all of that negativity.]... Mr. Chekhov died from heart failure on July 15, 1904 in Badenweiler, German Empire.
