Author (of the Federalist Papers) Alexander Hamilton was born on January 11, 1755 or 1757 in Nevis, Carribean. He said, “A national debt, if it is not excessive, will be to us a national blessing." [Oh, well. Maybe it can just be cancelled.]... Mr. Hamilton died on July 12, 1804 in New York City, New York.
