U.S. President (34th, 1953-1961) Dwight David Eisenhower was born on October 14, 1890 in Denison, Texas. He said, “I think that people want peace so much that one of these days government had better get out of their way and let them have it." [We're still waiting.]... Mr. Eisenhower died on March 28, 1969 in Washington, D.C.
