Aerialist (in “The Flying Wallendas”) Karl Wallenda was born on January 21, 1905 in Magdeburg, Germany. He said, “Being on a tightrope is living; everything else is waiting” [I’ll stay closer to the ground, thank you very much.]... Mr. Wallenda died on March 22, 1978 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
