Author (of “Indiana” and “Mauprat”) George Sand was born as Amandine Aurore Lucile Dupin on July 1, 1804 in Paris, France. She said, “Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow. Don't walk behind me, I may not lead. There is only one happiness in life, to love and be loved." [So “Make Your Own Kind of Music” and “Follow That Dream”.]... Ms. Sand died on June 8, 1876 in Nohant, Indre, France.
