Singer (of Come on-a My House, Mambo Italiano, Blue Skies, Tenderly, This Ole House, and You’ll Never Know) and actress (in White Christmas) Rosemary Clooney was born on May 23, 1928 in Maysville, Kentucky. She said, “I remember Mitch Miller saying every week, This rock and roll stuff will never last. But one doesn't like to bring that up to Mitch." [Well, occasionally... sometimes... often... frequently... people get things wrong.]... Ms. Clooney died on June 29, 2002 in Beverly Hills, California.
