Charles Dickens died today – 138 years ago

Author (of The Adventures of Oliver Twist, The Life and Adventures of Nicholas Nickleby, David Copperfield, A Tale of Two Cities, and Great Expectations) Charles John Huffam Dickens was born on February 7, 1812 in Portsmouth, England. He said, “Credit is a system whereby a person who can not pay gets another person who can not pay to guarantee that he can pay." [Well, give credit where credit is due.]... Mr. Dickens died on June 9, 1870 in Gad's Hill Place, Higham, Kent, England.
