Comic actor (in the “Coneheads”) Phil Hartman was born on September 24, 1948 in Brantford, Ontario, Canada. He said, “The one thing I could do was voices and impersonations and weird characters, and there was really no call for that, except on Saturday Night Live." [Perhaps he should have run for Congress.]... Mr. Hartman died on May 28, 1998 in Encino, California.
