Educational philosopher (of this theory) Robert Maynard Hutchins was born on January 17, 1899 in Brooklyn, New York. He said, “We can put television in its proper light by supposing that Gutenberg's great invention had been directed at printing only comic books." [Hmmm.]... Mr. Hutchins died on May 17, 1977 in Santa Barbara, California.
